NEW AND EXCITING NEWS IN PLASTIC SURGERY
FILLERS VS. LUNCHTIME FACELIFT
Are you a candidate for facial fillers or perhaps a Lunchtime Facelift? During your initial consultation, Dr. Mackay will recommend which is right for you.
What is the difference between these 2 procedures? Fillers (Juvederm, Resylane or Radiesse) are typically used for fine lines and wrinkles around lips, nasolabial folds (smile lines) and depressions in skin from scarring, etc. However, not all patients are good candidates for fillers. Some patients may need a Lunchtime Facelift.
This is a minor procedure performed in our office under a local anesthesia and takes about 2 hours. There is virtually no downtime, bruising or swelling associated with the Lunchtime Facelift. It typically addresses lower facial imperfections such as jowling, and deep nasolabial folds (smile lines).
Please see below for before and after photos on the Lunchtime Facelift. If you have additional questions regarding which procedure is right for you, please feel free to contact Kristen at our office. We look forward to hearing from you!
